Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, testing and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods. Performs functions that efficiently attract, recruit, select, hire, onboard, and train BrightPath personnel. Develop & implement overall design of the recruitment and selection process.

I provide initial and ongoing training to new hires, in accordance with 245D regulations and requirements. I also facilitate training for including NER personnel policies and procedures, the MN Vulnerable Adult Act, Osha regulations, 245D and PSR requirements, and other topics appropriate for initial training. Provide annual training to all staff, and other specialized training as required and/or requested. I work in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources, the Quality Assurance Department and Program Supervisors to enhance retention of well-trained, competent staff.

Responsible for the daily operation of the site, including staffing, program development and household management. Responsibilities included: • Developing and implementing support plans for all individuals within the program• Documenting and monitoring data collection regarding individual progress and outcomes.• Trainingdirect support staff to meet care standards• Maintaining licensing standards

Support individuals served when working on outcomes and out in the community.Assist with personal cares as needed per person servedProvide guidance and instructional teaching to persons while building life skills.Auditing paperwork and ensuing forms and paperwork are in the home for staff to utilize.Grocery and household supply shopping and menu creation.Completion of person centered program planningAssisting with behavioral management outcomes and programmingAssist with paperwork and attending doctor appointmentsProvide cleaning, cooking and medication administration to the individuals living at the homeProvide supervision and transportation in the community on activities and appointments.
