I'm a youth and family services professional and advocate who has led business initiatives for 28 years. I have served on and lead youth advisory boards and completed two terms of service with Ameri Corps. I have also led the development and implementation of a volunteer support center for an organization with more than 35 distinct programs. I have implemented policies and procedures for state and national organizations. My creative vision drives operations, events, fund development, and branding and marketing efforts for nationally recognized programs and I have worked directly with federally-funded grantees as a professional consultant. I have also served as a subject matter expert for national trainings and facilitated webinars. I'm an effective leader who excels in attention to detail, organization, and time management. I'm resourceful and I have a keen ability to proactively solve problems. Regardless of how busy I am during events and meetings, I always make time for NSPN members, licensed Safe Place agencies, and federal grantees. I love my NSPN family and I’m excited for each and every moment that I get to work with such amazing thought leaders of the youth and family services field. I'm a playmaker for events that successfully leaves participants motivated to change the world.
