In Mahindra automotive company, I work as a workshop supervisor in this company. As a supervisor, my role is to attend the every vehicle comes in the workshop for service related or any other issues in there vehicle. to listen the customer complain and advice them and give then a proper solution of there vehicle. Note all the problems of there vehicle in jobcard. And complete the whole process of the job card. After completing and taking a customer approval, sending a vehicle to workshop for repair and services. Open a repair order (RO) in the system, fill the customer requirements, After completing the service of the vehicle, taking a test drive and hand the vehicle to customer.

As a trainee, I learned about the every little problem in the vehicle, learn how to deal with customers.
