 Support users after go live  Completed an implementation of an ERP system. Set up system for go live Carried out As-Is analysis for various plants. Identify GAPS in processes Procurement and Financial Certification Training users for the new system. Finance disciplines for the various processes i.e. Best operating practices that the Paper division will implement prior and after implementation Role mapping and KPI Change Management Fixed Asset Audit verification and identification of master data gaps for JDE migration. With the identification of missing or new assets, missing or new asset master had to be accounted for. Some assets were scrapped or transferred to respective business units.
