-Research and development in house-Coordinates sampling and testing activities for in house and external analysis.-Inventory management and replenishment of material needed for sensory evaluation.- Training of panelists on sensory evaluation and Product evaluation system.- Flavour development and value addition as per promotional activities and marketing requirements.- Conduct sensory evaluation for competitive quality audits.- conducts daily sensory evaluation of finished products for Production.- Conducts in-house sensory evaluation of shelf life products and accelerated shelf life studies, generate comprehensive report on such.-Liase with external laboratory for all microbiological analyses.-Raising non-conformances should there be deviations, investigate and compile reports with supporting documents.-Conduct daily tests on water used within the plant from raw water to treated water and raw water to the boiler (pH, Iron, Free chlorine, Hardness, Total dissolved solids)-Conduct trainings on allergen management, Sanitation, line validation and Environmental monitoring program.-Create yearly budget for stock to be used and analysis to be done, order accordingly.
