Manage and ensure quality by online control testing of production processes and oversee production/filling area hygiene and housekeeping.Ensuring the product complies with specifications which includes testing of stability (viscosity), and analytical data (pH, brix, and butterfat analysis).Ensuring that the finished product meets the quality standards before and after the filling process.Communicate verbally and in writing, all issues that will or may create risk in terms of executing and meeting the production plan objectives.Hand instructions to operators during shift especially those that include ensuring the quality of product is of its best quality before and after the filling process.

Maintaining ISO 9001 requirements in the micro/water lab and more exposed to ISO 9001 audits.Filling of calibration certificates and ensuring equipment is calibrated externally according to the schedule.Ensured follow up audit is conducted to the non-conformances occurred during plant hygiene audit.Completing all regulatory and job training requirements including safety, compliance, and specification i.e., performed microbial testing, analysis, reporting results and investigated typical results in compliance with GMP/GLP.Ensuring standard operation procedures and experimental guidelines to ensure products comply with established specifications are followed.Documenting all results and organised collected data results for management review.
