I specialize in People Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership. Following my purpose, I help develop women leaders who promote emotional well-being in organizations by applying intelligence to people management. I also mentor Women 40+ who need help to plan a career transition. I have developed, what I call, Socioemotional Leadership. It's a method that was designed based on my studies of Emotional Intelligence (Goleman), Socioemotional Competencies (Zins), and the PCA - Person-Centered Approach (Rogers). I have a Master's degree in Production Engineering (UFSC), I'm an Administrator (UNIVALI), I specialize in Organizational Psychology (Estácio), I have an MBA in Project Management (Estácio), Finance/Capital Markets (UCAM), and I'm also a Psychology student. I have been a university professor for over 15 years, and have experience as an Organizational Trainer, an Entrepreneur, and a Manager leading diverse teams in large organizations.I am a registered consultant with SEBRAE/SC, and I also run mentoring programs in leadership development and career transition focused on women. I speak on subjects involving people management and emotional well-being in organizations.
