They help women identify their profile, build a leadership mindset and develop robust socio-emotional leadership. The consultancies are tailored to organizational needs, with a focus on Strategic Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Climate Management and Humanized Leader Training, as well as Emotional Well-being consultancy, in compliance with Law 14.831, of 27/03/2024. The creator of Skillie is Nonie Ribeiro, who has a Master's Degree in Organizational Intelligence, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Specialist in Organizational Psychology; she is currently studying Psychology. With more than 26 years' experience in different organizations, including 9 years in the field of Education, Nonie is a University Professor and Institutional Evaluator for MEC/INEP, as well as a Consultant accredited by SEBRAE/SC in People Management.
