Improved User Experience Capacity Building (UXCB) for cultural institutions by conducting semi-structured interviews with staff members ranging from C-suite to visitor services, analyzing subsequent qualitative data against a published, peer-reviewed UXCB framework. Produced and Facilitated workshops on topics such as guerilla UX research testing and stakeholder trust-building.

As a founding member of Pratt School of Information’s student-run consultancy, I led UX research efforts on the following projects:Reframed Monterey Bay Aquarium’s post-COVID reopening approach to prioritize excitement over safety from insights backed by stakeholder interviews, competitive reviews, surveys, and three rounds of remote-moderated user testing. Reorganized the information architecture of New York Cares through insights from card-sorting and tree-testing on Optimal Workshop and remote-moderated user interviews. Conducted a benchmarking study for Met Kids with unmoderated user tests via SoundingBox to recommend rapid solutions to meet the demands of a dramatic traffic upsurge during the pandemic. Performed usability analysis of the Canadian Museum of Nature homepage with UserTesting and presented recommendations to key stakeholders.
