I’m an enthusiastic employee who’s a team player and will work together with the team to achieve reliable results. Thorough and accurate work is important for delivering results to the customer. The energy that drives me; I get from counseling, motivating and encouraging colleagues and the communication with customers. Good communication skills are important to me because consultations with the customer were a day-to-day action regarding the obtained results from the different analytical procedures. I also had a lot of contact with the planner to indicate whether the deadlines were met and if necessary, an adjustment was made. As equipment manager, I was responsible for several devices within the laboratory. A part of this management is contact with the manufacturer for maintenance, but also with the planner to ensure that the analyses were not interrupted. Logbooks and control job aids were necessary in a GLP environment and I was responsible for the equipment and wrote/adjusted these when applicable
