Balance complexity, time-to-build, and customer value to drive tradeoff decisions with stakeholders.-Scoping for Scale: Identify and deliver MVP solutions that align immediate needs with long-term strategy and broader product goals.-Customer-Centric Insights: Connect weekly with customers to uncover workflows, challenges, and needs, translating insights into actionable solutions. Facilitate problem/solution discovery sessions to guide innovation.-Data-Informed Decisions: Use tools like Looker, Mixpanel, and Fullstory to evaluate product success, adoption, and health while aligning strategy to measurable outcomes.-Market Awareness & Competitive Strategy: Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine positioning and inform strategic decisions.-Clear, Effective Communication: Craft product documentation (Product Briefs, PRDs) to align teams on customer pain points, solutions, release plans, and success metrics.-Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to navigate technical complexities across epics, defects, and enhancements, ensuring quality and scalability.-Organizational Collaboration: Align with GTM team, Knowledge Base writers, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue leaders to communicate changes, enhancements, and product updates effectively.
