As a a professional teacher and educator, and young researcher in applied linguistics, focusing on language acquisition, educational development, interdisciplinarity, methodology and international communities with 8 years of experience, I am committed to contributing to the growth of international communities.As a certified language teacher and mentor with 8 years of teaching experience, I worked with a great variety of students from all around the world. On my courses at different universities and international companies, I focused on young adults and professionals in academic and industrial settings. I support them to make better improvements in their studies and work, not only in overcoming language barriers, but also in better understanding themselves in their position in the Hungarian culture. I am skilled in competency-based learning and development and training design, in offline, online and hybrid environments.I completed a PhD in language teaching development to create a more effective model of language learning in Hungarian to help the integration of foreigners. I published a significant number of papers and participated in a wide range of conferences. My main research areas are discourse analysis, pragmatics, cognitive sciences, corpus analysis focused on self-representation and language acquisition, and the development of teaching methodology. I have a strong interest in innovation and interdisciplinarity.I also work as a coordinator and trainer with international communities, creating a platform for international doctoral students from more than 40 countries for their integration in Hungary. I coordinate the international representation body and the internalization project of the organisation. As a General Board Member of Eurodoc I am eager to support the young researcher community across Europe.As the founder and cultural manager of the Talented Youth Workshop Association, I work on improving the supportive environment for young talented artists, finding the best trainers, organising skill-building workshops, and providing financial resources. I have experience working with a variety of partners in academic, scientific, industrial and cultural fields. I have excellent communication and organisational skills, I am enthusiastic, creative and results-oriented. I am also skilled in project management, and stakeholder management. My teaching qualification, eight years of teaching experience, a large number of academic and educational training courses are proof of my constantly renewed ambition and wide-ranging interest in education.
