About Norbert Bencze
As a a professional teacher and educator, and young researcher in applied linguistics, focusing on language acquisition, educational development, interdisciplinarity, methodology and international communities with 8 years of experience, I am committed to contributing to the growth of international communities.As a certified language teacher and mentor with 8 years of teaching experience, I worked with a great variety of students from all around the world. On my courses at different universities and international companies, I focused on young adults and professionals in academic and industrial settings. I support them to make better improvements in their studies and work, not only in overcoming language barriers, but also in better understanding themselves in their position in the Hungarian culture. I am skilled in competency-based learning and development and training design, in offline, online and hybrid environments.I completed a PhD in language teaching development to create a more effective model of language learning in Hungarian to help the integration of foreigners. I published a significant number of papers and participated in a wide range of conferences.
