Montreal based company was a world leader and innovator in Fixed Wireless Access technology. My mission was to manage a territory (Central Eastern Europe) and ensure development of opportunities.

Napfolt Web Works was a web design and content provider startup company co-founded by me back in 1997. We managed to launch popular websites, like Hesitant Camel Club (Tétova Teve Club) and reached the TOP3 with our entertainment portal. Our strategy was to grow-and-sell, which happened in spring 1999, when we sold 50% of the shares to an investor group. Based on our agreement I engaged to fill in general manager position at the company for two years.

In the years I spent at Antenna Hungaria the broadcasting company was targeting to enter Telecom market. I worked on medium-term strategic plans, took part in developing backbone and access network and prepared network plans for customers.
