Early Intervention -Responsible for several early intervention contracts aimed at young people. Contracts include Big Lottery, Foyer Federation and local authorities. Delivering real transformative solutions, employing individuals from the same cohort to provide mentorship and guidance to the 13 - 24yrs age groups.Safeguarding, Risk and Incident Management - Senior organisational lead on Risk Management and Safeguarding. CQC nominated individual responsible for the delivery of regulated activities.Learning Abilities - Responsible for the strategic development of Europe's first Learning Ability Foyer, providing opportunities for people with learning disabilities to reach their full potential leading to independent living. This is a unique and innovative project in partnership with the Foyer Federation.Supported Accommodation - Delivering a 170 bed space provision across several local authorities, providing transitional accommodation for street homeless, care leavers, prisoners released on licence and the generic homeless population.
