DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assist in administration of various benefit programs such as; medical, vision, dental, life, disability, 401k, pension and FSA Programs for all US sites• Communicate with management, employees and providers regarding benefit plans• Investigate and resolve issues, problems and complaints concerning benefits, while maintaining an effective working relationship• Review employee benefit changes and related documentation for completeness and accuracy• Process and enter benefit changes into SAP, HRIS system • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure that qualified changes are processed in a timely manner• Participate in the implementation of annual benefits enrollment programs, as well as the development of content materials• Coordinate and process disability claims• Process and reconcile all US benefit related invoices and submit to Finance for payment
