I supervise at least six staff members and up to twelve students in a self contained classroom. This is a private school for children and adults with moderate to severe autism. I deal directly with other teachers as well as parents, Behaviorists, Speech Therapists and other outside support staff. I make sure that curriculum is followed and that all staff under my supervision follow protocol. I am Pro Act trained.

I was responsible for procuring new accounts and maintaining already established accounts by cold calling, warm calling, Internet blasts and creative marketing techniques. I developed and led presentations to Lenders, Realtors, Dealerships and individuals. I provided client education and provided extensive customer support. I was responsible for training clients on the correct way to utilize our computer programs . I was the main point of contact for my customers. I also provided my supervisor with weekly reports and market analysis. I consistently exceeded my sales quotas.

I teamed with Insurance Companies and their Government Affairs people to procure funds for this non profit foundation. I met with and educated Government officials on the importance of supporting Bills to protect children. I researched other possibilities for sponsorships and planned Fund raising events for the CCCSH. I interfaced with our sponsors via mail, e-mail, telephone and public events. I kept records of all sponsorships and made sure that to followup with our sponsors on a regular basis. I started a social media page for the Coalition and maintained and updated it regularly.

I was in charge of a large territory in Northern California selling advertisement to small and large businesses. I was successful in exceeding my set quotas. I worked diligently to educate potential customers on the benefits of using my company for their advertisement needs. I developed a client base of satisfied and returning customers. I managed existing accounts but was responsible for procuring new customers by cold calling, warm calling and email blasts. I helped design internet advertisements as well as print advertisements. I worked directly with the staff in New York to develop the best programs for my clients. I kept my supervisor updated by providing weekly data comparison reports to my supervisor.
