Promoted to a leadership role to assemble and lead a team responsible for processing customer tax data using new technology built internally for processing and filing employment tax returns. During this time the team grew from 4 members to 15 members. Customer FEINs grew from 15,000 to over 18,000. • Developed new processes and procedures built around new tax software for processing and filing tax data for our customer base. Trained team members on newly developed processes and implemented process improvement efforts over the 5 year span. • Collaborated with technology teams to test new processes• Assisted in the build out of the new software to implement enhancements

Transitioned to a Project Manager role to develop processes around quarterly and annual tax filing cycles for customers. During this time customer base grew from over 100 customer FEINs to around 15,000 total.• Developed and implemented standard operating procedures to formalize the tasks for quarterly and annual tax filing cycles • Managed the quarterly calendar for cross functional teams• Structured quarterly processes to measure progress toward set department metrics• Analyzed processes and managed process improvement projects
