Lead the operationalization and management of the strategic vision for the Network Services department which includes Network Capacity/Compliance, Sort, Internal Distributions, and External Distributions. Ensure collaboration between ECMHSP and national partners to coordinate national efforts and initiatives to better serve the changing needs of farmworker families.Lead efforts to obtain funding for the enhancement of services provided to families through private funding, grant opportunities, and legislative initiatives. Co-founder of sister non-profit organization, The Foundation for Farmworkers, which is set to bring more than $100,000 of unrestricted funds annually from farm-to-table donors for scholarships, emergency assistance and immigration services.Evaluate, analyze, and develop organizational communications strategy to achieve established goals with leadership and senior management.

Director of the Children in the Fields Campaign, a nationwide grassroots campaign to improve the lives of seasonal and migrant farmworker children. Senior manager responsible for the overall strategic development, planning and messaging of the national advocacy campaign. Managed field staff across the country to develop community coalitions that advocate for farmworker children in their states. Oversaw the creation of farmworker youth councils in agricultural states geared at empowering the next generation of advocates. Campaign established two non-profit organizations.As an advocate, participate in public engagements to share my personal story, which showcases many of the obstacles migrant farmworker children face on a daily basis. Past speaking experiences include national media interviews, workshops, plenary sessions, award dinners and testimony at a Congressional hearing.

Manage day-to-day activities for national clients, such as media monitoring reports, pitch local and national media and create key documents and releases.

Create and pitch press releases and media advisories to customized media lists. Track media coverage and create monthly clip reports for clients. Participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions.
