Initiates,monitor and direct projects and program from inception through delivery.Organize project related activities and communications among department,customer ,vendors and the community.Direct strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.Review aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame,funding requirements,asset management,procedures for accomplishing program,staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.High level contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts,pricing and other business items.maybe primary contact for new or critical customer programs.Responsible for management of customer satisfaction,the CSI collection and related reviews and corrective actions.Review high-level program reports and presentations for management,customer and others.Participates in profit and loss analysis,responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

1.Develop new business and new customer,quotation update;2.Assess new customer financial and credit status,prepare customer financial report;3.Negotiate with customer for pricing and confirm with customer for business mode including raw material commitment, shipping intercom,payment term etc. Finalize contracts terms and clauses; 4.New project orders receiving,organize project kick off meeting,build the project team and start the NPI; 5.Lead the project team to maintain the project daily report,ensure the necessary resources in place for delivery on time; 6.Follow on the progress of test and verification on customer side,push the team member to resolve the problem of design\manufacturing\quality etc, make sure the sample can be approved; 7.Close the NPI process,hand over the new project to mass production; 8.In charge of the design change after mass production; 9.Manage the project stock, prevent and minimize the idle stock; 10.Project excess handling for finished goods and material causing by customer orders cancellation;11.Project resource(manpower/fixture/product line) internal transfer or release; 12.Other project management affairs, such as customer service,customer audit;
