Norman has 40 years’ experience of working with MEP services contractors, the last 35 years specialising in estimating and being responsible for preparing tenders for various types of project such as office and hotel developments and refurbishment’s; factories; hospitals; banks; laboratories; education facilities; residential; swimming pools; tobacco, cement and sugar process plants; power stations; sports facilities; airports and process equipment piping systems, with project values ranging from US $ 10,000 to US $250 million He built extensive experience in his time working with Taylor Woodrow International and was responsible for preparing tenders for major projects in Russia, Ghana, Libya, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen and the Philippines, he has also worked for large MEP contractors and main contractors in the UK. For the past five years he has been based in the UAE and Qatar managing the preparation of tenders for the MEP service associated with a wide variety of projects.
