DistributorsProject: Transition, Standardization and Simplication of East Malaysia Confectionary Load Plan (TASSEC)- Manage an average of 4.5 million ringgits worth of orders per week across 10 West Malaysia Distributors in Northern and Central regions.- Plan and optimize loads for Confectionary sales orders and advise on container booking for East Malaysia and Brunei Distributors.- Advise on container booking for Pet Food (Purina) orders to East Malaysia.- Provide reporting on sales achievements to customers for their sales target management- Identify orders that requires attention due to system errors and resolve them with viable solutions.- Identify orders that requires confirmation to proceed from customers and to manage accordingly.- Report accepted orders, planned loads, and and summary of arranged load schedules to meet customer's expectations to close monthly sales and prepare for unloading.- Actively engage with stakeholders in improving the way of work, optimizing loads, and reporting.- Maintain and develop a good relationship with B2B customers in the management of orders and deliveries.- Coordinate and cooperate with sales team in managing sales targets and customer's expectations.

Distributors- Manage an average of 300 sample, sponsorship, and donation (SSD) sales orders monthly across 3 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei) using SAP system.- Collaborate with different departments and parties in the development of a new platform or workflow (e.g. Development of a excel-email linked ordering form)- Assisted in providing guidance in the execution of donation orders as part of company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities during the enforcement of Movement Control Order (MCO) in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.- Pioneered the usage of an excel-email based ordering form - Coordinate with transport team to ensure orders are delivered based on priorities within agreed timelines- Collaborate with transport team in enhancing the optimization of truck deliveries based on frequency of ordering to marketing agencies and one-time customers- Communicate effectively to order requestors to resolve any issues relating to ordering, system, order tracking, transportation, or customer's receiving.- Manage requestors' expectations and provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) of orders with assistance from transport team- Inform requestors on any significant changes to the workflow process in ordering sample, sponsorship, and donation (SSD) orders.- Update warehouse team on any self-collection orders and issue official permit of entry to agencies- Provide feedback on any development in process optimization and suggestions in resolving concerns- Worked closely with the Risk and Control department to identify audit compliance issues in SSD orders and its workflow process.

Direct Accounts- Coordinate with Customer Facing Supply Chain team in fulfillment of orders to customer.- Provide estimation of trucks required for delivery to transport team as a proactive measure in the booking of trucks- Cooperate with the Order Fulfillment Analyst team in the fulfillment of stocks and creation of Outbound Delivery- Update the Purchasing Order for customer via their Business-to-Business (B2B) portal and confirm on the quantity to be delivered.- Update company's and client's closure on receiving for transport team to coordinate on delivery schedules and capacities.- Coordinate with client's warehouse team on receiving extension for any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. transportation issues due to truck breakdown, delay in warehouse picking)
