The program aims to fulfill the needs of Merchant Business Development Group through an intensive educational program known as Merchant Officer Development Program (MODP) for ± 4 months.All participants will go through a series of education in classes and on-the-job training. Right after the graduation will permanently work as a Merchant Business Officer (MBO).The job desk itself is to maintain CASA and to fulfill merchant acquisition targets of Merchant Business Development Group.• To achieve target of new merchant application monthly• To maintain case of existing Merchant client in CIMB Niaga• To improve Saving and Current Account of existing merchant in CIMB Niaga• Responsible to develop merchant division of CIMB Niaga• Responsible to manage merchant portfolio in 2 main branch (Hayam wuruk and Sawah Besar) at CIMB Niaga in Jakarta area

•Providing information and showing various units that are available for rent to Prospect Tenants. •Preparing sales report rental unit and billboard. •Giving Information to tenant about the Prices changes rental unit, extensive changes and service charges etc.•Collecting Waiting List Prospect Tenant.•Coordinating with other Division, about handover unit or•Filling data updating, and administration assistant.•Building a good relationship with clients/ Tenants.
