About Norman Stephan

I have been in management positions since 1993. It has been in a technical capacity since 1998. I have used diagnostic approach to resolutions since 1988, as a Toyota technician. This has worked well in all aspects of troubleshooting. I am mostly self taught on computers. With a few followup courses at a technical school. In my present role, I am self taught on all the front ends for building controls and remote usage. I do most my work reverse engineering controllers and energy management front ends. I am continually resolving issues and rewriting the process for our center on energy trending and scheduling.It is difficult to really explain what I do or how I do it.
