I serve as the Lead for the Space Market, responsible for leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise while working alongside thought leaders in engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data analytics on projects for Army Space customers.

Provides support to the government lead in cooperatively managing assigned systems to ensure standardized, high quality, integrated SATCOM (Military and Commercial) resources are provided.Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise for the Satellite Communications (SATCOM) mission area (to include both Military and Commercial SATCOM). Applies broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of SATCOM principles and operations. Additionally, provides:- SATCOM Program Element Monitor (PEM) Support- Sustainment, Engineering, and Operations SATCOM Support- SATCOM Requirements Support- SATCOM Current and Future Acquisition Support- SATCOM Engineering Support.

Task Force Eagle delivers continuous tactical, operational, and strategic satellite communication (SATCOM) support, across the full spectrum of operations to Combatant Commands, Services, USG Agencies and International Partners. Task Force Eagle under the operational direction of Combined Force Space Component Command (CFSCC) executes global SATCOM payload management through its Wideband and Narrowband Consolidated SATCOM Systems Experts (CSSEs), Wideband SATCOM Operations Centers (WSOCs), Regional SATCOM Support Centers (RSSCs), and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation detachment.

SMDC/ARSTRAT – Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Directorate Responsible for the seamless integration and operations of all wideband and narrowband SATCOM segments: space, terminals, and operational management with specific emphasis focused on Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS), Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), UHF Follow-On (UFO), and commercial SATCOM.Served as the lead for the Constellation Sustainment and Assessment Team (CSAT) that recommended constellation changes to USSTRATCOM and Joint Forces Space Component (JFSC).Garnered key approval for the establishment of the SATCOM Integrated Operations Division (SIOD), a single enterprise responsible for guiding actions through a contested, degraded, and operationally limited environment (CDO).Led over 300 Army, Navy, and Air Force civilians; Army Soldiers, Australian Cooperative Project Personnel (CPPs), and contractors located at 5 different locations.

Responsible for the operations and sustainment of four geographically-dispersed, Regional SATCOM Support Centers (RSSCs) located in Florida, Hawaii, Colorado and Germany, providing 24-hour daily satellite communications planning support to combatant commanders, agencies, and international partners, personally ensuring SATCOM mission support is consistent with USSTRATCOM directives, instructions, and orders while maintaining the highest standards of technical and operational support to all users. Additionally, participated as a member of the US delegation for new SATCOM sharing Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and negotiations with USA, AUS, GBR, DNK, NLD, LUX, CAN, Spain, Italy, NATO, and other countries. Also, responsible for developing budgetary policies and managing the organizations’ annual budget of over $1 million.Fostered a positive collaborative working relationship with all supported customers, ensuring subordinates proactively reacted out to support customers, identifying requirements for key operations, thus ensuring SATCOM to the warfighter.Represented SMDC and USSTRATCOM at meetings with the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and NATO to develop a business case for the Future NATO SATCOM (FNS) Capability Package, creating a true "win-win" outcome for all.Led over 150 Army, Navy, and Air Force, Australian Cooperative Project Personnel (CPPs) military and civilians, providing critical SATCOM services to global users.

Supervised Computer Network Defense (CND) Activities, provided threat and target analysis, produced threat information and action by monitoring external CND data sources and published CND guidance. Provided incident response capabilities, insider threat subject matter expertise, logged analysis/initial forensics to emerging cyber events, and facilitated execution of cyberspace operations. Planned and coordinated Cyberspace Operations on the Department of Defense Information Networks for NORAD and USNORTHCOM in support of the Command’s Joint Mission Essential Tasks thus enabling freedom of action in cyberspace. Served as the primary Cyber Advisor to the Combatant Commander, responsible for informing senior level officials about changes in the area of information technology. Developed the concept of operations for the newly stood up Joint Cyber Cell (JCC) Cyber Operations Integration Branch which enhanced the CCMD's Cyber operations planning process, Cyber Intelligence analysis and mission execution.Led analysis to identify event horizon, roles, responsibilities, and tasks for the seamless transition of all Cyber/C4 activity from the Joint Cyber Cell (JCC) Plans to the Current Operations Cell, while managing the J6 Battle Staff and providing operational briefings to senior leaders. Developed JCC Cyber Protection Team (CPT) Mission execution process from the planning phase through mission execution, including assessment on post mission findings to provide leadership with mitigation measures and operational impact.

Served as the Network Operations Chief for the Joint Communications Support Branch, supervising contractor personnel operating enterprise communications systems in support of joint and combined operations with the military forces of Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas. Ensured networks were optimized to support all Command contingencies and exercises in support of Defense Support to Civil Authority, Home Land Defense and Security Cooperation. Additionally, responsible for daily IT support to over 4,000 personnel, to include multi-service, inter-agency, and foreign senior leaders consisting of more than 20 multi-service, Canadian, and inter-agency General / Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service leaders.Spearheaded an upgrade program for secure and non-secure C2 equipment enabling the Commands’ senior leaders to render time critical attack assessments to the SECDEF and POTUS.Revamped IT service management and delivery processes, resulting in the Command received an excellent rating on the rigorous Department of Defense (DOD) Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI).Prepared and executed a mobile wireless program, ensuring accountability of over 700 wireless devices, while saving the Command $200K annually.

Serves as the Brigade Signal Officer for the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade garrisoned at Fort Bragg, NC and organic to the 32d AAMDC at Fort Bliss, TX. Planned, installed, integrated, operated, and maintained all tactical, operational, and strategic voice and data communications, in support of training, contingency, and wartime missions for three Battalions: tow Patriot and one avenger, and a Headquarters and Headquarters Battery. Responsible for all Brigade C4I communication assets in the field and in garrison, to include joint and external architectures. Ensured the training and readiness of Brigade Signal Soldiers IAW all signal regulations and doctrine. Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of the Brigade Signal officer comprised on 1 warrant officer, 10 non-commissioned officers, and 6 soldiers. Provided oversight and mentorship to subordinate S6s. Exceptional technical and tactical knowledge and skills made immediate and significant impact on the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information (C4I) operations, readiness, employment, and capabilities across the Brigade. Process the unique ability to translate vague guidance info feasible, executable tasks which always accomplished the mission, exceeded expectations, and met the Commander’s intent. As the information Management Officer, maintained the communication and automation readiness of two local area networks and 500 NIPR/50 SIPR IP addresses while validating the training requirements of 600 users for the information assurance and communication security programs. Work ethic, coupled with unmatched skill sets in planning, coordinating, integrating, and synchronizing tactical and garrison communications ensued that the Commander and his staff had 100% reliable and redundant communications.

Responsible for all aspects of Command, Control, Communications, and Computers support to a six battalion airborne engineer brigade, located on five installations, capable of deploying anywhere in the world in 96 hours to provide combat, geospatial, and general engineering support to the XVIII Airborne Corps, Special Operations Forces, and others as required. Led, managed, and supervised the Brigade communications section and maintained all C4 equipment. Provided oversight and mentorship to subordinate battalion communications officers and NCOICs and coordinates with Corps and Garrison staffs as required. Planned all aspects of C4 and prepared for upcoming OIF deployments as a direct subordinate to MNCI with the entire country of Iraq as the Brigade’s AO. Responsible for all aspects of Command, Control, Communications, and Computers for a 3,100 Soldier, Sailor, and Airmen multi-service engineering brigade consisting of four battalions and eight separate companies and detachments deployed in the Iraq Theater of Operations supporting MNC-I and each Multi-National Division. Served as the technical advisor to the commander on all signal related issues. Led, managed, and supervised the brigade communications section and maintained all C4 equipment.

Signal Officer for an Air Cavalry Task Force conducting combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Provided flexible and critical communications support to the Task Force while attached to the Army’s first Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for the digital integration and voice communications for 34 aircraft, 18 ground vehicles, and 3 command posts, required to communicate with each other, higher, and to adjacent units over extended distances and adverse terrain. Responsible for the readiness, training, discipline, health, welfare, and safety of 8 noncommissioned officers and 10 soldiers, to include their families. Served as the COMSEC Custodian, Information Management Officer, Network Administrator, and Information Systems Security Officer. Technical and tactical expertise in planning, managing, and coordinating the Task Force communication systems in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Instrumental in maintaining voice communications and data links between the squadron’s three remote locations and the 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division Headquarters. Ensured that 18 ground and 34 aircraft BFTs were operational at all times. Maintaining an operational readiness rate for communications systems of 98%, exceeding the Brigade’s and Army Standard of 90%, even while conducting combat operations. Instrumental in obtaining the Air Worthiness Release for the installation, training, and operations of radio systems and Blue Force Tracker (BFT) in the only Command and Control UH-60 in Northern Iraq. Upon receiving notification for deployment, flawlessly planned, directed, and executed a worldwide voice and data communication plan. Integrated an MTOE equipped analog communication architecture into the communication architecture of the Army’s first Stryker Brigade in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Platoon leader of a Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) Node Center in a forward Deployed Signal Battalion providing command and control support to the 1st Infantry Division in charge of the training, readiness, development, welfare and safety of 48 soldiers. Responsible for the operational readiness, serviceability, and accountability of 17 communication systems, 27 vehicles, 17 power generation units, and associated equipment valued in excess of $13 million dollars. Additionally, due to unit personnel shortages, served as the Company Executive Officer for a forward deployed signal battalion providing command and control communication in support of the 1st Infantry Division. Responsible for the logistical support for a company of 130 Soldiers and the operational readiness, serviceability, and accountability of 12 major communications systems consisting of 66 vehicles, 36 power generation units, 22 cargo trailers, and associated weapons and equipment worth over $27 million dollars. Monitored Company reporting procedures ensuing required information is submitted to battalion headquarters. Assumed command in the absence of the Commander. Additional duties include: Rear Detachments Command, Supply Officer, and Maintenance Officer.

Battalion Signal Officer for a forward deployed M1A1 tank battalion in USAREUR with a contingency mission to deploy anywhere in the world. Advised the Commander on all signal support matters. Determined, with the S3, the location of the battalion’s command posts. Planned and supervised communications support for all battalion movements. Exercised complete operational control of the communications section. Responsible for leading, training, coaching, and ensuring the welfare of 6 noncommission officers and six enlisted soldiers. Supervised the maintenance and accountability of all battalion communications and electronics equipment. Served as the COMSEC custodian, telephone control officer, and unit automations officer. Provided 100% reliable and redundant communications, during split based operations between companies leading peace keeping operations in Kosovo and units conducting training in Germany. Researched, designed, tested, and then installed a vehicle intercommunication capability into reconnaissance scout vehicles in order to increase communications capability, with the ability to switch between FM and TACSAT radios.
