I have been working in the natural resources sector for over 25 years. I've earned a diploma in Forest Technology from NAIT and have been a member of the College of Alberta Professional Forest Technologists since 2004. I've also been a member of the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta since 2004 with a designation of C-Tech (Certified Technician) Engineering.My experience has been in timber harvesting and planning, access road planning and engineering, water crossings, timber salvage, environmental field reports, disposition applications, surface material (Gravel) development, mapping and design, material quantities and earth modeling, working with Lidar data, GPS, and UAV aerial mapping.In the past I've worked directly for a forest engineering consultant in Alberta for a year prior to relocating in British Columbia where I worked for a sawmill in the woodlands department from 1993 to 1998.
