This is a position similar to the CD-ROM Product Quality Department I established at EBSCO Publishing.I review all product content contained in the new Catalog seasons before they are released onto the Ecommerce sites. I also test new software enhancements, corrections and upgrades for all aspects of our Ecommerce Internet Sites.

We were the single largest provider of audio content to Broadcast.com prior to their being acquired by Yahoo.Unfortunately, the Dot Com Bust and the Digital Millenium Act ruined our revenue streams and we filed Chapter 11.Being the General Manager, I oversaw all aspects of DiscJockey.Com. From hiring and firing to sales and product development, I was involved in them all.

Proposed, established and operated the Quality Control efforts for EBSCO Publishing's CD-ROM databases. Proofed, QC'ed and verified monthly updates for over a dozen different Medical, Academic and Library based periodical databases.

Responsible for overseeing the processing of Census forms returned to the Regional Office by Citizens and Census Takers during the 1990 Census.

Managed award winning retail Music stores in several locations in the Greater Boston Area. Specialized in re-training store staff of newly acquired stores added to the TWMC chain.

Wrote Help Screens for software products until Stock Market Crash of 1987 caused layoffs.
