Norma is the President and co-owner of Chesapeake Healthcare Planning, LLC and Chesapeake Planning and Consulting. She oversees business development, managing client and customer relationships, and ensures strategic growth of the company; as well as the oversight of day-to-day operations.Norma served on the founding board of Women in Healthcare ( WIH); and Past President of the Maryland Chapter. She developed and initially led the Mentorship Program for the organization. Norma currently serves on the Board of HCAM( Healthcare Access Maryland) and AMFP ( Association of Medical Facility Professionals); Charleston, SC Chapter.Prior experience includes Sales Management and Training within 3 major Medical device organizations, as well as past clinical experience as a Medical Lab Scientist. Some of Norma’s skills include developing client/customer relationships, and management of the day-to-day operations of the firm.
