In addition, I am a member of VicSport’s Risk, Finance and Audit committee. I’m part-owner/Principal with two consultancies to a wide variety of Government and Corporate clients on Health and Safety and Risk management (www.newagehse.com) and addressing mature age workforce transition challenges (www.changinggears.com.au).I have had an extensive corporate career in Financial Services, Insurance and Health sectors in Australia and across Asia with large Global organisations including HSBC, AIG, Allianz, as well as Medibank Private and ANZ. An Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) Workshop was subsequently conducted by Ernst and Young (EY) with a number of key stakeholders which further supported the proposal and recommended the establishment of this Steering Committee. The proposal has been supported by Advance Heathcote Inc. and is included as a key objective in the 2017-21 Heathcote and District Community Plan. The purpose of the Steering Committee is to provide oversight and direction for the establishment of a dementia village in Heathcote.
