My responsibilities included giving one-on-one math help with students at the Medford Boys and Girls Club and Brown School, creating a personalized lesson plans for at risk students and providing faculty support during academic and social activities.

As a cellar intern I prepared and analyzed yeast cell counts, followed protocols for filling and emptying tanks, cleaned and sanitized hoses using pumps, and packaged the final product. I also kept records of daily procedures including the specific gravities, mass of yeast pitched, carbonation of the final product, transfer records, and production records.
