monitor the loading of the containers in a cold store. monitor the loading of the vessel. Assure the citrus to be exported is at its right temperature, assure the pallets are in good conditionOversee if the cartons are packed and strapped accordingly. Monitor the temperature of the citrus using a food check(probe). For temperature tolerance monitor and capture data using Q67(allocation), Q01 for writing all the temperatures monitored and captured, take 4 barcodes from each container of 20 pallets. Q01 is like an invoice for every container loaded. Document and confirm all the Q01are in order .Assist with steris (reefer containers). Setting of the probes for every country that the container is going e.i for Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, sometimes Mauritius and Colombia. For China probe 1 goes to the front of the container then probe 2 and 3 at the back of the container. For Korea probe 1 at the front of a container, probe 2 in the middle and probe 3 at the back of a container. Japan the setting of the probes is the same as Korea. Taiwan sometimes has portable probes and sometimes on board probes. Colombia has portable probes.In the vessel I monitor the cleanliness of the vessel, how the citrus is packed, temperature tolerance and the writing of the allocation where the citrus is kept for storage. Before loading citrus inside the vessel, I have to check if the citrus is in the right temperature for loading using a document Q01. Every 2 hours I check if the loading is in accordance and i write a report on a document Q08 for every normal container and cold treatment containers I write a report on a Q31.
