EOC Manager Role- Manage Enterprise Operations Center daily operations- Team management, development planning, and training planning and coordination- Enterprise monitoring solution management- Tasked with expanding the role of the EOC to offload engineering tasks while expanding customer portfolio. - Working directly with current and prospective customers to plan, implement, and maintain engagements in-scope of EOC capabilities. - Assisting customers with writing and implementing policies and procedures to standardize operational workflows to reduce MTTR and error rates.- Assist Director of Managed Services with account and problem management, often engaging and coordinating with engineering teams, customer, 3rd party vendors, presales, sales, and operations teams.EOC Services offered include - Monitoring & Alerting- L1/L2 Engineering tasks (First Call Resolution)- Incident management- Service desk- Deskside support- Smart hands support- project oriented support for engineering - Inventory management.

IT Duties- Technology Department budget management, tracking all spending, budgetary forecasting, Erate- Technology equipment purchasing & installation- Cisco Switch maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting, VLAN Managment- Data Rack Maintenance, UPS Maintenance/Installation, cable management, cable/device labeling, troubleshooting- VoIP Phone System Maintenance, troubleshooting, SIP Phone Programming, FreePBX Server Management, POTTS Lines (Physical Routing)- Printer Management- DHCP/DNS Server Management- Meraki APs, Security Appliance (UTM & VPN Gateway), and Systems Manager (MDM) configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting- IP CCTV system (Panasonic) (NVR & Cameras) configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting. 3 Security stations installed between 2 facilities. FEMA and Department of Homeland Security grant funding secured for bulk of the system.- IP Physical Access Control System configuration, maintenance, & troubleshooting. (Honeywell)- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on devices running Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X, iOS- PC Network Imaging with Acronis Snap Deploy & FOG Server- Mac Network Imaging with Deploy Studio- Apple Configurator to configure Apple devices running iOS and tvOS- Audio/Visual equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation- Chromebook management, troubleshooting, maintenance- G Suite (Formerly Google Apps for Education) Super Admin, expert- Drone pilot (over 1 year of weekly flights to document project on property)- Provide 1 on 1 staff trainingSecurity Duties- Publish and maintain Emergency Response Procedures manual, rewrote manual in 2012- Maintain physical security at institution- Train staff on security best practices, provide regular reminders on ongoing issues and/or threats- Maintain good working relationship with local law enforcement- Maintain radio equipment, provide user training, coordinate with other campuses on major system updates- Parking lot enforcement and education.
