𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 :● Support customers by Live Chatting, e-mails, Calls, WhatsApp, and Viber, Using Team Viewer Sessions to determine the nature of the issue and fix it.● Install computer hardware, software, systems, and networks, printers, and scanners products on client’s computers.● provide training to client’s employees and solve their issues by chat, tickets, and online sessions.● Responsible for the Client’s credit and recharging operations.● Testing new updates and features added to the system.● Track program performance after implementation to prevent the occurrence of errors and problems to ensure efficiency.● Report Bugs and errors directly to the project Manager on Trello and word documentaions. ● Suggest improvements and modifications during the development process. ● Preparing the system user manuals and other required documents.
