- Meeting with clients to discuss the job requirements and to set the hiring plan.- Analysis’s recruitment process using Yield Ratio to maintain defects.- Identify, recruit and source the RIGHT candidates for clients.- Network in order to build a database of available candidates.- Develop and nurture existing client relationships.- Mentor and lead the Junior members of the team.- Screen candidates and determine their eligibility for employment based on their skills and experience.- Conduct the hiring process.- Conduct quality checks and screenings as needed.- Fill customer orders.- Daily phone interaction with clients.- Attend client meetings.- Ensures accurate data input into the (ATS) Applicant Tracking System HRIS system.

- Identify, recruit and source the RIGHT candidates for clients.- Network in order to build a database of available candidates.- Screen candidates and determine their eligibility for employment based on their skills and experience.- Screen (Entry, Senior & Managerial levels) candidate’s resumes.- Ensures accurate data input into the applicant tracking system HRIS system.

- Supervising the Activities of the Recruitment Team and giving the appropriate support when needed.- Meeting with clients to discuss the job requirements and to set the hiring plan.- Analysis’s recruitment process using Yield Ratio to maintain defects.- Reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in online media.- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).- Conducts (CBI) interviews and filters candidates for open positions.- Posts the required vacancies using different channels (websites, Facebook, LinkedIn & online recruitment agencies).- Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.- Interviewing applicants- Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications.- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.- Keeps documentation of the recruitment process up to date.- Prepares job descriptions.- Maintains relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.- Communicates employer information and benefits during screening process.- Completes timely reports on employment activity.- Orients and performs the new employees.- Delivers Daily target based on the requests of our clients.- Develops and builds new sources to find the matching candidates to fulfill our requests.
