As a part of the Remote Access to Digital Literacy for Newcomers Research (RADTLN) project, I was providing tutoring and support for low-level English-skilled newcomers to Canada.

YWCA TechLink is a program that helps connect members of vulnerable communities with free tech support. As a TechLink Analyst I was mostly dealing with:- Troubleshooting & resolving tech support tickets- Providing exceptional customer service- Collaboration with coworkers on more difficult technical issues- Utilization of remote support tools to assist clients more directly- Collaboration with partners to prepare practices and present workshops to the public and organizations.- Handling tickets in Zoho (CRM)

Coordinated and executed activities necessary to formally establish an association of independent media of Canada - Press Forward.- Led the incorporation process;- Developed functional internal procedures, strategies, onboarding docs, and plans;- Project management and team building;- Coordination between staff, the Steering Committee, and different subcommittees;- Implementation of strategic goals;- Management of project and administrative activities;

In a politically challenging and hostile environment, I spearheaded the creation and development of a new media outlet from scratch. With just three initial team members, we transformed it into one of the most influential independent news portals in South-Eastern Europe. Today, it boasts a team of over 40 junior and senior members and holds the esteemed status of being an official partner of the BBC World Service.

As a co-founder of the non-profit think-tank organization, I played a key role in developing, coordinating, and carrying out initiatives aimed at raising awareness about the significance of government transparency, responsibility, and accountability.

In cooperation with independent news portals from the Balkan region, I have initiated and established the OMA. Its main purpose was to contribute to the standardization and promotion of high ethical standards, to ensure professionalism and sustainable development of small and medium-sized news portals in the Balkans.
