 Reports to the Division Vice President to provide overall management of accounting and reporting activities that ensures implementation and adherence to company policy and procedures for a multi-site, $110M annual revenue division. Responsibilities include monitoring and analysis of service center performance and identifying cost saving opportunities  Plan, organize, and oversees the preparation and compilation of all financial statements. Manage and develop a diversified staff of accountants and bookkeepers to ensure an effective financial operation. Oversee month-end close process and weekly forecasting requirements and annual budget process. Controls accounting operations by performing site audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintains an accounting system that provides for accurate recording of service center transactions and facilitates timely and accurate reporting Promotes open communication and collaboration between all levels of the organization enabling a colligative environment to manage the company assets and financial performance

Reports to the Director of Program Manager and works with the Program Integration Manager to develop, implement, execute and maintain the construction project controls plan. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and management of the project Work Breakdown Structure, Project schedule, Pipeline schedule, Change Control process, Project Financial management reports and the establishment and management of the Project Historical Database to include project costing and lessons learned. Manages and ensures the reconciliation of program controls data with financial systems.• Manages and maintains Operations Team deliverables and schedules to support the Sales Stage Gate.• Maintains pipeline schedule to provide updates to the Operations, Sales and Executive Team.• Coordinates and provides leadership to Program Integration Managers and Operations team to establish and maintain data coding structures and project control tools.• Gathers and tracks quality data used for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends and actual costs.• Develops, implements and maintains a management reporting data base to produce program controls reports. • Ensures regular and timely reporting of the projects progress in order to advise of any conditions that would affect timelines or costs. • Provides feedback to ensure adjustments are made on a timely basis with minimal disruption to project.• Promotes open communication and collaboration between all parties to ensure that projects are completed with minimal disruptions and delays.• Maintains computerized project reports as dictated by the project and by the contractual obligations.• Maintains computerized project historical database for cost and lessons learned and process pay applications, performs subcontract administration and lien release requirements.• Reviews, evaluates and recommends changes to project documents as required by project needs.

 Directs and develops the financial activities for $450M+ annual sales technical services business unit utilizing 325+ government contracts.  Manages staff activities for all finance matters of a group within a business unit including performing analysis and developing reports for use in corporate planning, developing budgets and ensuring compliance. Serves as the principal point of contact on all financial matters for a major group within a strategic business unit. Oversees various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis. Provides management with financial analysis and reporting to ensure costs are controlled and profits are maximized. Manage all audit responses for financial and government agencies and developed policies and procedures to ensure adherence to CAS, FAR and GAAP, and maintain current Disclosure Statement requirements. Guide a team of accounting professionals utilizing multiple software platforms to provide accurate and reliable accounting and job cost information. Primary systems utilized are Jamis and BPC. Interface with all levels of management to increase financial performance awareness resulting in profit margin growth and controlled indirect rates Manage the development of centralized business procedures emphasizing cost control, forecasting and streamlined financial reporting.Provide general supervision and guidance to group, operations and division controller functions, and advise management on all business requirements
