Created and developed brand, sales and service engagement programmes for a variety of organisations including Marks & Spencer, HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover and the British Heart Foundation. Also provided Strengths-based Leadership development to a wide range of teams across multiple sectors. Over 250,000 people have experienced Coracle Learning programmes and coaching.

Responsible for the customer journey and service experience through the full range of M&S products, services and sales channels. Also responsible for M&S Service Style engagements across stores and supporting service centres, which included training and coaching events to store leadership teams and front line staff. Owned the M&S Voice of The Customer programme, which targeted alternative channels for gathering a real-time view of the M&S customer experience.

Head of Service Change - re-built the Business Change function and streamlined the operation and leadership team.Head of Contact Centres - was responsible for leading service recovery for a multi-site contact centre team and developing a sustainable operating plan for 2007/8.

Defined and led service delivery for the M&S Retail business through a dedicated contact centre. Oversaw a fully case-working environment, handling over 700,000 customer contacts per year. Responsible for managing seasonal changes in customer demand and driving down operational costs (approx. £400k reduction in 2004/05). Joined the retail team after assisting with the successful launch of the M&S credit card in April 2003.

Led a team of internal consultants across sites in Reading, Stirling and Belfast, supporting 3500 staff and tasked with delivering a 10% reduction in costs year-on-year. Provided consultancy and continuous improvement support across the UK operation. Also supported and delivered culture change and customer service programmes and events.

Devised and launched Tribe, a project to improve local youth provision. Devised a 3 year strategy to deliver a full-time skate venue in Maidenhead (built in 2000) and developed 5-day skate festivals, sponsored by Sony Playstation. Developed a team delivering multi-media assemblies and lessons within the PSE syllabus. Initiated and led voluntary teams to build schools in South Africa.
