• Work on a high and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Pushing for an inclusive process for candidates from all backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and interviewers, managing all communication around training, scheduling, and interviews.
• Manage cross-company projects for optimizing the hiring process: onboarding new interviewers, managing the interviewer’s growth program
