At Queen's I helped a range of students achieve their English goals, particularly at CAE and FCE level and my teaching experience expanded to include Business English and Proficiency level teaching. At the school, I played a key role in the design, advertising and teaching of a new range of intensive study courses. In addition to this, I edited translations and assisted the Director of Methodology in implementing an improved timetabling system.

At British Centre I taught a far wider range of groups and levels than I had previously, this included general and exam English and both group and individual classes. I had the opportunity to lead teacher training sessions for AIESEC exchange teachers and also to run a special Australian-themed workshop.

Initially at LETS I was a Callan Method and conversation class teacher. After one year I passed my CELTA and moved to the General English branch of the school (Step One College) where I led Upper-Intermediate, Beginner and Intermediate groups as well as additional grammar-, vocabulary- and speaking- focussed classes. This also included some IELTS exam teaching and leading group excursions around the sights of Sydney.

My main role was to provide over-the-phone tutoring to complement the software, however, I also provided IT support with installations (Windows and Mac), updates and crashes.
