Nicolas Paul, Kairos’ Director of Compliance, is responsible for directing Kairos staff in the preparation and implementation phases of Affirmative Action Programs for Kairos clients. Additionally, Mr. Paul is responsible for the development of continuing education for Kairos’ staff and provides technical assistance in EEO and affirmative action to Kairos clients. Serving previously as a Project Manager and Affirmative Action Specialist for Kairos, Mr. Paul has assisted contractors through both the development and implementation phases of effective workplace compliance strategies in Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity. Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Paul served as a team and squad leader with Special Operations’ 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom, receiving two field promotions, three Army Commendation Medals and a number of other awards related to his combat service. Mr. Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Paul has additionally worked with the Department of Justice’s C-CORE mentorship program with at risk youth. Speaking from his first hand experience as a disabled combat veteran, Mr. Paul presents regularly at local, regional and national organizations on compliance strategies covering new and forthcoming regulatory changes. Mr. Paul also gives key note addresses at private employer and special interest organizations around the country seeking to advance the employment of individuals with disabilities and veterans. Mr. Paul is the President of the North Texas Industry Liaison Group which covers Dallas-Ft. Worth and surrounding areas. He also regularly chairs positions for ILG National Conferences held at major cities around the country.
