- Lead the development of an Learning Management platform in collaboration with teachers and educators by generating content, managing usability metrics and using a design-thinking process. - Lead the re-design and formatting of the Good Food Machine and FTTS educational resources, including their communication materials such as workshops, guides and lesson plans. - Responsible for designing fun, engaging, age-appropriate and curriculum-linked lesson plans on food system issues.

- Coordinate and facilitate in-class and after-school food literacy workshops for students 16-18, and 18-21 in three Alternative high schools.- Support teachers in maintaining and using food literacy resources in their own classes, including hydroponic tower gardens, connecting to outdoor growing spaces, and cooking in class.-Support the maintenance and expansion of outdoor growing spaces at school sites. Mentor both students and staff in cultivating food growing skills.- Make community links between school and neighbourhood groups to provide students an opportunity for social inclusion. - Facilitate food literacy workshops for young students in Toronto schools, across multiple program sites.

As part of my master degree, I worked with the Community Initiatives Team at Toronto Foundation to analyze and explore possible granting processes (i.e., evaluation frameworks, user experiences, service solutions) in how the Toronto Foundation can better support their grant applicants prior, during and after the community grant.

Working alongside the Creative Director, I was responsible to co-create, manage and coordinate "The life of I"- an intergenerational project that aimed at engaging seniors and youth to co-create digital stories through capacity building workshops, learning circles and tech-driven co-creation. I was also responsible in managing and planning a storytelling festival including fundraising, budgeting, public outreach, event management and more. Through demonstrated leadership, The Life of I 2017 took form with over 100 participants, the participation of the Minister of the Environment and the presence of community leaders around the St.James Park neighbourhood.

Green Teacher is a small nonprofit magazine that focuses on delivering exciting new ideas and activities in the sphere of environmental education. For the summer period, I worked in various initiatives such as creating partnerships with Latin American environmental organizations for the distribution and use of Green Teacher's magazine content. Consequently, I helped the Executive Director to edit articles and come up with solutions in regards to future magazine issues such as design, layout, print and more.

Developed and managed program financials, including working with cross-functional teams to prepare and monitor budgets for program sustainability.Facilitated various strategic development workshops at SickKids with stakeholders to co-design and co-produce interactive modules for health-related programs and services.Participated in and provided input into K&C overall strategic planning and budgeting process in cooperation with the CEO and other staff and management committees.

Kite & Canary is a digital experience agency specializing in health. Working in collaboration with designers, developers and health practitioners, my role as a service designer focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to make informed, critical decisions. I guide clients through the process of discovery, research and concept development through design thinking workshops.

Working at Hot Pop Factory as an operations manager, I helped organized and facilitate workshops in 3D printing for youth and adults. I worked directly with Hot Pop Factory co-founders to understand the participant's experience and recommend new strategies to support their educational goals. While at Hop Pop Factory, I was also in charge of all product operations where I developed a deep expertise in customer engagement and project management (i.e. timelines, budget, labour cost, etc.)

CuriohCity is an urban pedagogic intervention that aims to engage Torontonians through city-wide scavenger walks, weaving a rich tapestry of stories about Toronto's history, citizen, arts and culture. For this project we outreached to multiple local businesses and organizations who were enthusiastic to take part of this initiative. Similarly we designed a series of educational tools that not only helped citizens to engage in groups and work collectively but facilitated open dialogue on how to improve better and healthier communities.

At Bridgeable I had the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers and business strategist to deliver innovative solutions. My role as a service designer and visual communicator ranged from designing and preparing materials for workshops in-house and abroad.Similarly I was in charge of managing the day-to-day studio operations and helping teams with any support needed.

Working at Arc & Co in the Research and Design department, I helped organizations develop and execute brand and marketing strategies. I worked directly with senior designers to understand their current-state challenges and recommend new strategies and brand models to support their business drivers. While at Arc and Co, I developed deep expertise in brand management, working on numerous branding exercises across multiple sectors.
