This quote by Oliver Segovia, coauthor of Passion and Purpose, is the foundation of my professional world view. I work with individuals of all ages - recently, graduate students- to achieve clarity on what they love and what they are good at. Then, as they begin the job search, I assist them in creating the necessary strategy to determine what the world needs and where the world needs their skills. I am also a believer in "strategic serendipity".
