Managing the core business of the company when it relates to OR and Cath Lab Custom Procedure Trays and branded products accounting for @ € 10M. Responsible of B2C and B2B relationship at main level and contract manufacturing. Marketing and Branding awareness development, internal and external sales and forecasting target definition, procurement projects management for domestic and foreign markets.

Responsible for Italian territories for Surgical and infection control, critical care, and enteral feeding solution via a selected number of exclusive distributors and with a team of clinical specialist directly managed.

Responsibility to consolidate Italian distributiuon channels via the implmentation of a Clinical Specialist team. Mission to implement and develop distribution channels in Iberia for Surgical and Infection control, Critical Care and Enteral Feeding solutions.

Responsible for total sales development assessment in Italy and south mediterranean area after Kimberly-Clark acquisition of Tecnol Medical Products.

Responsible for Operating room, Infection Control, Cleanroom, and Orthopedic Soft Goods product lines commercialized via selected exclusive distributors in Italy. Started with total sales in 1989 of US$ 200k increased over 1997 to US$ 3.0MM. Awarded 4 times as Top Global Performer, 8 years in a row President Club award, best incremental profit territories.
