As the State Manager, I am responsible in managing all aspects of operations and project management in Victoria & Tasmania.I am also be responsible for doing final data quality checks of the collected data and oversight of final reporting.

− Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;− Managing end to end coordination of projects from setup, data collection, processing to reporting;− Identify required resources for each project and assign individual responsibilities;− Managing overall project schedule to ensure assigned work is completed on time and within budget for each project;− Effective application of appropriate work methodology and enforces project standards;− Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues;− WHS, Risk and Compliance management duties;− Stakeholder liaison at all levels;− Local and overseas sub-contractor management – monitoring the progress of processing work and provide periodic feedback;− Training staff for new surveys and performance monitoring;− Ensures project documents are complete, checked and stored appropriately;− Manage the Video extraction and processing;− Analyse and identify issues that pertain to video processing;

− IT / System Administration;− Extraction of video data and processing them for counting;− Creates and maintains record of the all video collected data;− Analyse the videos and process with respect to the survey type;− Backup all the data and archive them;− Organise to have appropriate project record prepared and maintained;− Supervises the activities of the assigned departmental supervisors;− Assists supervisors in handling the data collection process;

Responsible for the overall operations, managing the operations team and system administration.− Manage day-to-day activities in the organization;− Design and develop internal processes of the business;− Constant monitor the performance of the team;− Conduct weekly team meeting to update on the process;− Client Liaison;− Manage the technical aspects of the organization and system administration;
