Former founder and co-host of "Screen To Stereo", a weekly mixed-media program on radio.depaul.edu.Additionally served as the co-host of "Wanderlust Radio" with Anabel Kane, a mixed-media program featuring a personally curated playlist and collaborative (hilarious) dialogue on radio.depaul.edu, entertaining 200+ listeners each show.

As the first social media manager during the creation of DePaul's chapter of Spoon University, my responsibilities included creating and updating our various platforms multiple times a day to promote our nationally published articles as well as networking with restaurants, contacting other food-focused Chicago-based pages, and engaging with students on campus to create a diverse and delicious website full of content. The Instagram page grew to have over 800 followers in two months and host a great feed of mouth-watering photos. After getting the chapter off the ground with a solid executive team and newly recruited members, I worked to train a team of writers and social media mavens to create fresh editorial content, build photography skills, execute pitches, and develop campaigns over social media that gained viewership and helped to build Spoon University at DePaul. During my four month contract as a strategic communications intern within DePaul's highly-regarded public relations office, I worked on preparing and promoting university events such as the second TEDxDePaulUniversity event in the spring of 2017, for which I curated and maintained the Twitter page (104 followers), the Facebook page (280 followers) and all event pages tied to it, while monitoring impressions/engagement. The event page for 2017 can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/250859245347880/ Due to DePaul being a private, Catholic college within the city there were multiple tasks maintaining a clean, positive reputation including vetting possible commencement speakers, research ing and presenting new ways for DePaul to connect to Chicago's creative networks, and attending meetings with my mentor who ran the critical response/ social PR side of DePaul's offices.

Fall of 2016 I held a social media internship at Heron, a boutique PR agency located in Lincoln Park, Chicago with clients such as hotels, theaters, and a collection of restaurants around the Chicagoland area. There were six full-time employees and nine rotating interns throughout the week, giving interns a high amount of responsibility and the expectation to succeed. My responsibilities included writing press releases, pitching to clients, securing interviews for our clients, monitoring client social media pages, increasing followers and keeping up with engagement across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., preparing media calendars for each week/month, and preparing creative promotional executions for events. Some of my clients included: Geja's Cafe, Stage 773 (including promoting Sketchfest), 'Tony n' Tina's Wedding' at Chicago Theater Works, Hampton Inn Chicago, Le Méridien Chicago, Oakbrook Center, The Westin Jackson, and the opening of SafeHouse Chicago.

During my full time summer internship at KemperLesnik I was in charge of planning & scheduling content for two large accounts, Vistage and PwC Insurance, that depended on our PR team to keep up consistent branding across their social media accounts. Dozens of Tweets, Facebook posts, and "ghost posts" for CEOs were expected to be created and sent off daily, and the accounts were to involve new media trends within those industries that were attracting followers and engagement. This was a very hands-on internship and gave me great experience handling client demands and meeting with them directly, and allowed me to work on established social media accounts that had a clear and concise objective strategy behind them.

In this role I was responsible for submitting monthly articles on college street fashion and current fashion trends that were published on a nationwide networking website, collegefashionista.com.

As Secretary for DePaul University's founding chapter of Phi Mu Rho Mu Fraternity, I was responsible for proper documentation of all meetings and events, submitting attendance records, minute keeping during meetings to be sent to national headquarters, and helping maintain open communication between the executive board members and the entire chapter through emails & use of GIN system.

As a feature writer and special features coordinator for Wiles Magazine's website, an online resource for women of diverse backgrounds and nationalities to find advice, recipes, and cultural unification, I collaborated with a social media/PR team to prepare monthly features to be published on wilesmag.com. Responsibilities included dialing into weekly two-hour phone conferences to decide future content and trends, as well as going over drafts of each article and deciding the design of graphics to maintain cohesive content.
