Team responsibilities include:- Lead UKS’s Progression funding stream; a new investment approach designed to support NGBs transform and build new sustainable performance pathways and systems.- Lead a portfolio of projects that stimulate positive change in the UK’s high-performance system. Project areas include: 1) Paralympic recruitment and development; creating new routes into Paralympic sport.2) Improving the diversity of the funded athlete population; developing a model for change in Olympic and Paralympic sport.3) Tackling coherency and alignment challenges in the high-performance system.- Lead and coordinate UKS’s approach to the review and monitoring of all invested Performance Programmes.Departmental responsibilities include:- Supporting the strategic and tactical decision making of UK Sport’s Performance Dept, including budget and funding recommendations for funded programmes and the Performance Department.- Leading the partnership with Home Country Sports Councils and HPS partners through HPSAG (High Performance System Advisory Group).
