At the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), I specialise in strategic partnerships, storytelling and communications, leveraging eight years of direct experience in the peace and conflict field and almost 18 years in the development and humanitarian sectors overall. My recently completed PhD explores the lived experiences of African migrant women in Johannesburg and London and has deepened my understanding of structural and social conflict, discrimination, violence, inclusion and belonging—themes vital to understanding conflict and peace.I am fluent in English, Czech and French and proficient in Russian and Spanish and now (re) learning German. This complements my partnership management, policy influencing and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with a wide range of partners (funders and peer organisations). These competencies feed into our team's success in securing and maintaining global, productive partnerships focused on delivering our core mission at HD, to prevent, mitigate and resolve armed conflict through dialogue and mediation.
Listed skills include International Relations, Fundraising, International Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, and 46 others.
