Current• Workforce planning and talent acquisition: Analyzing workforce requirements, coordinating with seniors for necessary hiring approvals, salary fitment, and allot to sub-ordinates for sourcing resumes from different channels. Handle final round HR interview. • Maintained an efficient staffing vendor network by getting involved in raising the invoice and keeping the vendors informed about the status of candidatesConducted technical tests remotely and HR round interviews and salary negotiations.• Employee onboarding and assimilation: Design, drive and deliver HR inductions. Executing the necessary joining formalities for all the new joiners. Making employees aware of HR policies and processes. Analyzing employees’ feedback and working towards the betterment of the processes.Arranged Employee Orientations and kept KT plans available for the new joinersConducted a comprehensive background check consisting of prior employment• Payroll management: Generated leave reports, and daily attendance sheet and prepare the salary calculation sheet. Handling PT, PF, Gratuity, LWF, ESI, etc. Handling all transactions, reimbursements, and adjustments through the payroll system. Researched and resolved any payroll issues. • Performance management: Enabling goal setting, goal evaluation, normalization & slot distribution, coordination with employees and the senior management on employee appraisals • Policy and process formulation: Benchmarking of the corresponding policy/ process with peer companies, coming up with a draft proposal of the policy, taking it up with concerned stakeholders, take necessary sign-offs to launch the policy/ process.• Disciplinary action policy implementation: Implement disciplinary steps against those who violated the company's rules, practices, or standards of conduct.• Exit documentation: Accountable for exit formalities which included issuing experience & relieving letters and also conducting exit interviews, company property handover, KTs, etc.
