MMA Futures is a MMA media company focusing on up-and-coming fighters. Our goal is to help give the fighters the tools to create a large fan base and be successful in the sport. MMA Futures has a news website, and also an online streaming platform with more than 20 events a year produced.

Being a Producer at Firespring makes me a person of many hats. Although my specialty is more or less motion graphics, through this title I am also the Producer on many projects, in charge of maintaining budget, setting up crew, directing, planning shoots and all the other things that are involved in fairly large productions.

From my experience managing client relationships, I have acquired a deep understanding of my client’s business and advertising goals; proactively identifying opportunities and solutions to improve effectiveness of advertisement campaigns from conception to completion. Experienced in streamline work flow at a large level utilizing Telestream's FlipFactory in conjunction to distribution through FTP for client distribution throughout our viewing area. I am responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by working collaboratively across the organization to develop and advance key customer initiatives.

Being the sole employee within the commercial production department, I acquired excellent skills by working independently in a detail-oriented, highly organized, fast paced and deadline driven atmosphere. My responsibilities included commercial conceptualization, copy writing, taping, and editing final product for air.

Responsible for the training of new sales team members, directed customers and helped them make their purchasing decisions, and general department supervision. Set many sales records at local store and was fortunate to be Employee of the Month on six occasions within a twelve month period. Welcomed customers and confidently sold and educated customers regarding various models and items. Documented and processed customer payment.
