Projects/Automation Development• Provide leadership to designing and developing new control system and automation for pen manufacturing process. Designing pneumatic, digital control systems such as PLCS • Programming of PLC- Delta/LS/Omron/Mitsubishi/Siemens/Allen Bradley automation plc’s, Using ladder logic. • Programming of HMI-Delta/XGT/Win-view/tp04/Pro-face human machine interfaces (HMI-) including panel-view. • Basics Configuration, programming and parameter setting in vision systems: Cognex, Keyence, Omron. • Installation and Programming of motion controls following systems: Motors/Drives (stepper, servo, ac/dc VFD.)• Programming, and commissioning at control network including control net, device net, Profi-bus and/or ethernet, RS232, RS485. Machine Maintenance • Implementing TPM and shared my responsibility to all Machines and achieve less defects, less breakdown and less accidents in all assembly and decor areas, to obtain minimum 75-80 % OEE. • Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and do the RCA method to eliminate and reduce breakdown by implementing CAPA also regularly focus to increase MTBF and decrease MTTR and maintain OEE of machine. • Schedule & analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the assembly machine equipment instrumentation to achieve highest efficiency with and deliver machine in narrow timeline. • Ensure all machinery is up to working standards include calibrating instruments and troubleshooting, installing, and repairing electrical /mechanical equipment/component with documentation • Forecast and prepare budget for project and maintenance activities, monitor budget utilization closely and provide justification for variance. Lead Project : • Barrel orientation on foil machine new control setup installation. • Development of critical spare management system. • Installation of four vision inspection system on machine • Development of new assembly machine’s controlling system • Development of fire alarm safety controller on foil machine and their installation Core Competency /Skills
