SME on security and identity management system that houses security infrastructure for all public facing integrated ADP applications (36+). Involved in security response, critical incident response to problems and incidents. Worked with Product Management's prioritization of defects, analyses, integration with new products, and collaboration with other development teams, regional partners and legal. Represented our division to other groups within ADP and was frequently called upon for strategic planning or to take a lead on high profile escalated client issues. Case and issue analysis was performed along with process improvement projects to better support internal partners and customers.

Led a team of 5+ technicians in the implementation, support, and transition of Project Management software to Microsoft. This product became what was marketed as Microsoft Project Server. In addition to supporting existing clients utilizing the application, worked with development team to prioritize defects and guide product roadmap. Once this product was sold to Microsoft, ADP acquired EZLabor.

Co-founded, led development and strategy of the original patient-driven EHR in the electronic medical records market. Our company believed that patients should own their data and worked with state and federal governments to attempt to influence their involvement in the industry. We also incorporated a robust opt-in privacy feature to the application which empowered users. Participated in an EHR conference at Claremont McKenna college in southern California to explain the features of the application and also push our vision about the nature and value of the patient-owned PHR/EHR systems. Testified before congressional subcommittee on the role of government in supporting the EHR industry in July 2006.
